Role description
The Role
We are hiring a specialised team of senior engineers to execute greenfield projects as well as modernizing existing applications using an AI-first methodology. You will move beyond traditional coding by leveraging a sophisticated AI stack to solve complex problems and expedite delivery.
Technical Requirements
Backend Expertise: High-level proficiency in C# development.
Agentic AI: Full competency in building and managing AI agents and autonomous workflows.
Model Context Protocols: Practical experience working with MCPs to integrate LLMs with tools and data.
AI Orchestration: Expert-level Prompt Engineering and the ability to craft custom instruction files for AI agents.
AI-Native Tooling: Demonstrable mastery of GitHub Copilot within Visual Studio or Claude Code.
Key Objectives
Execute complex greenfield projects with an emphasis on speed and AI-augmented precision.
Develop "fit-for-purpose" AI solutions that enhance and automate core business processes.
Operate at the bleeding edge of the AI-driven development lifecycle.
