Role description

As part of our Global Customer Care team's Business Systems unit, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing our Salesforce Service Cloud platform that powers our customer support experience. This hybrid position based in Centurion offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies including Einstein and Agentforce, shaping how we deliver world-class support to clients across 100 countries worldwide. In this role, you'll build and configure AI technologies within Salesforce Service Cloud to boost team efficiency and quality, while creating Virtual Agents in Experience Cloud that empower customers to access information quickly through chat interfaces. You'll develop and maintain Experience Cloud functionality to enhance our Customer Portal's UI and user experience, collaborate with stakeholders on integration needs, and manage the full development lifecycle using tools like Copado for deployments. Your expertise will extend to data migration projects, Salesforce administration including reports and dashboards, and ensuring security best practices across all systems and developments. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce Administration, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI configuration (Agentforce or Einstein), along with a strong grasp of the end-to-end development lifecycle.
