Role description
Senior skilled AI engineers with specialized, fit-for-purpose skillsets. These individuals should be adept at working in an AI-first manner to tackle complex problems and execute greenfield projects, leveraging AI to enhance and expedite our processes.
While maintaining expertise in traditional C# backend development, these engineers must be proficient in AI technologies. Specifically, they need to be well-versed in working with MCPs, possess full competency in agentic AI, prompt engineering, and crafting AI instruction files for custom agents. Moreover, they should be capable of utilizing these skills in IDEs such as Copilot in Visual Studio and Claude Code. Demonstrable working knowledge of these tools is essential.
