Role description
We're a leading insurer seeking a Project Manager who understands both insurance operations and software delivery. You'll lead cross-functional engineering teams delivering digital and core system enhancements across our policy, claims, and customer platforms. This isn't a reporting-heavy PM role—we need you to drive delivery, remove blockers, and ensure engineering momentum. You'll manage the full SDLC, oversee integrations and system modernisation initiatives, and ensure regulatory and insurance compliance considerations are addressed throughout. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of Project Management experience and proven success managing software development teams. Insurance industry experience is essential (short-term preferred), along with strong Agile or Hybrid methodology expertise. You'll need to navigate complex stakeholder environments and have experience delivering system implementations or platform upgrades. Bonus points if you've worked on digital transformation programmes, have exposure to policy or claims systems, or bring financial services regulatory experience.
