Role description
Join our team as a Solution Architect where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical innovation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across our clients global businesses, analyzing requirements and designing cutting-edge solutions that leverage current system capabilities and industry-leading technologies. Your expertise will shape how they deliver value to their customers, from initial requirements through to successful implementation and beyond.
In this collaborative role, you'll facilitate fit-gap analyses, create comprehensive solution designs, and make critical architectural decisions that balance functional and non-functional requirements. You'll have the opportunity to work hands-on, implementing solutions in Java while ensuring adherence to our high standards and best practices.
Your involvement extends throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, from breaking down complex systems into manageable components to providing post-release support and driving continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with 10+ years of Java development experience and at least 2 years in a solution or system architect role.
You'll thrive in our environment if you're passionate about building strong stakeholder relationships, staying current with emerging technologies, and contributing to our enterprise architecture competency.
