Role description
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology projects within our financial services operation in Johannesburg.
You'll manage end-to-end delivery of concurrent IT projects, defining scope, goals, and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams of developers, business analysts, QA professionals, and stakeholders.
Your expertise in project management methodologies—whether Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid—will be crucial as you ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining compliance with financial services regulations.
Our collaborative and dynamic work environment values strong stakeholder management, proactive risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
You'll facilitate regular status updates and drive communication across all levels, working with international and cross-cultural teams on impactful financial services projects.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of IT project management experience and a deep understanding of the financial services domain, including banking, fintech, or insurance sectors.
