Role description
We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to take ownership of our company's data infrastructure. As the guardian of our data integrity, you'll serve as the primary technical lead for administering our MSSQL, MySQL, and Amazon Redshift environments. This is your opportunity to work in a high-availability environment where your SQL Server expertise will be crucial in maintaining performance tuning, security compliance, and disaster recovery protocols. In this role, you'll proactively monitor and optimize database performance across SQL Server 2019+, MySQL, and Amazon Redshift platforms. You'll write and optimize complex SQL queries, manage stored procedures, and implement event triggers to detect potential bottlenecks before they impact our users. Your expertise will extend to orchestrating regular backups, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and executing database upgrades with minimal business disruption. You'll also ensure data integrity through rigorous access controls, audit logs, and security best practices. You'll collaborate closely with our development teams, providing guidance on database architecture, design principles, and data modeling. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of SQL Server DBA experience who can work independently while thriving in a team environment. You'll provide on-call support for critical production alerts and respond swiftly to system emergencies. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and preferably cloud experience with AWS Redshift or RDS, we want to hear from you.

Role Description:
🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, skilled Power Platform Developer with strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL Server to design and build low-code business solutions, develop intelligent dashboards, and support business reporting and automation.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities Develop custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Automate business workflows with Power Automate (Flow) Build insightful and interactive dashboards using Power BI Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server Integrate Power Platform solutions with external data sources (SharePoint, APIs, SQL Server) Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Collaborate with business units to understand KPIs and improve reporting processes Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Power Platform solutions Work with security and governance controls (RLS, permissions, data sensitivity)
✅ Required Skills & Experience 3+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (Flow) Power BI (DAX, data modelling) Strong SQL Server experience (T-SQL, views, indexing, performance tuning) Ability to create dashboards, visualisations, and KPIs Familiarity with data integration (APIs, Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse) Knowledge of data governance, RLS, and security principles Understanding of data analytics and reporting concepts
🎓 Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-100, PL-300, PL-400) Experience with Dataverse or Dynamics 365 (nice to have) Experience working in finance, automotive, or loan management domains (advantageous)
