About Code Collective Tourism (CCT)
Code Collective Tourism (CCT) is a tourism innovation studio within the broader Code Collective ecosystem. We build scalable digital products that power real-world travel experiences, from ticketing and payments to visitor operations and marketplace integrations. Tourism is chaotic: peak surges, cancellations, reschedules, thin margins, multiple sales channels, and customers who think “weather” is negotiable. We love that complexity. We ship products that work in the messy middle, not just in demos.
Role: Product Manager (Mid-level)
We’re hiring a Product Manager to help us discover, define, and deliver high-quality outcomes across client and studio builds. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer problems, commercial goals, and delivery reality.
What you’ll do:
• Own problem definition and outcomes (goals, metrics, prioritised backlogs)
• Run discovery (interviews, workflow mapping, validation)
• Shape solutions with design + engineering (requirements, trade-offs)
• Lead delivery (scope, sequencing, dependencies, release planning)
• Raise the quality bar (definition of done, reduce rework, faster feedback loops)
Experience & qualifications
• 2–5 years as a Product Manager (or equivalent product ownership role)
• Evidence you’ve shipped in ambiguous environments
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management
• Confident working closely with engineering + design in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Computer Science, or related)
• Bonus: Tourism industry experience
