Role description
We're seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to lead an exciting dual challenge: redesigning our web application and developing a complete Corporate Identity for our company. You'll have the opportunity to shape both our digital presence and brand identity, balancing strategic thinking with creative execution to deliver modern, user-centric experiences. In this role, you'll conduct UX audits, optimize user flows, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and build a comprehensive design system. You'll also craft our complete brand identity package—including logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines—ensuring seamless alignment between our digital product and corporate image. Working in an agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and marketing to turn user insights into measurable design priorities. We're looking for someone with 2-5+ years of UI/UX experience who's expert in Figma and has a portfolio showcasing both application redesigns and brand identity work. You'll work in a hybrid setup, presenting concepts to stakeholders, conducting usability research, and ensuring pixel-perfect delivery.
