Role description

Role Overview:

Keep the machine running, manage technical execution, and ensure architectural sanity.

Core Responsibilities:

Own technical operations and delivery discipline

Act as architecture gatekeeper and solution designer

Manage developers and ensure tasks land on time

Maintain platform stability; intervene only on critical breakdowns

Provide redundancy and institutional knowledge to reduce single-point-of-failure risk

Partner with external Web3 specialists when required

Profile

Strong technical background with ops mindset

Comfortable saying “no” to unnecessary changes

Understands fintech reliability, not just Web3 novelty

Calm under pressure; execution-focused

In-house, full-time employment
