We're looking for an experienced Database Administrator and Developer to join our team and take ownership of our integrated spatial database infrastructure. You'll design, test, implement, and maintain our database systems to ensure 24/7 availability and optimal performance. With your 3+ years of DBA and database development experience, you'll work with PostgreSQL, PostGIS, and a range of modern technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that power our spatial and mapping platforms. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers and designers to create exceptional user experiences while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security. Your responsibilities will span the full database lifecycle—from establishing replication and developing stored procedures to optimizing query performance, implementing RBAC, and managing schema migrations. You'll also contribute to new business development through prototyping, share knowledge with the team, and stay current with emerging techniques and best practices.
