We're looking for a skilled, business-minded Developer to join our transformation team and make a real impact. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy automation, low-code applications, and analytics solutions that drive measurable business value. You'll go beyond technical delivery—working closely with business leaders, consultants, and IT teams to translate transformation objectives into scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency, insight, and decision-making across the organization. Your day-to-day will involve developing Google Apps Script solutions, building AppSheet applications, creating Looker Studio dashboards, and leveraging GenAI technologies like Gemini and RAG to enhance workflows. You'll support business transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, redesigning workflows using process mapping principles, and tracking benefits realization. You'll also play a key role in deployment, user adoption, and change management—ensuring solutions are embedded, trusted, and continuously improved. We're seeking someone with strong technical skills in Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and Looker Studio, plus excellent communication abilities to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. If you have experience in consulting, process re-engineering, or exposure to BigQuery and cloud platforms, that's a bonus.
