Role description
We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team and drive innovative business solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and develop custom SharePoint and automated solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll leverage both out-of-the-box SharePoint webparts and custom development using Visual Studio, while implementing end-to-end process automation projects using Power Automate and Power Apps. Your work will directly impact business efficiency as you assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with our enterprise systems. As part of our team, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies including SharePoint 2019/Online, SPFx, React, and the Office 365 suite. We value innovation and continuous improvement, so you'll have the opportunity to stay current with the latest SharePoint and automation technologies, research AI applications, and propose innovative solutions to enhance business performance. You'll participate in code reviews, product demos, and work in an agile scrum environment using modern development practices including Git and CI/CD pipelines. We also prioritize security and compliance, ensuring all solutions meet ISO and SOX requirements. Beyond development, you'll play a key role in knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement. You'll showcase your solutions through live demos, create comprehensive documentation, and train users on new technologies.
