Join Exaze as a PMO Officer where you'll provide critical support to our Phoenix and Apollo transformation programmes in the financial domain. You'll ensure robust governance, schedule management, and artefact control across multiple workstreams, underpinning programme delivery by maintaining structure, compliance, and visibility of progress. Your responsibilities will span coordinating 500+ global workshops during the first year, maintaining programme plans, supporting Executive Steering Committee meetings, and managing programme artefacts in our Programme Vault. You'll also assist with resource coordination, act as a central PMO contact, and leverage Microsoft 365 tools including Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Planner.
