Role description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineer to help build and scale risk and compliance
capabilities for a fast-growing financial services platform. This role is hands-on and ownership-
driven, suited to someone who is comfortable blending technical engineering skills with work in
low/no-code tools to accelerate delivery.
This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to the Head of Technology. You’ll work closely with
founders, engineers, and compliance partners to turn regulatory requirements into intuitive
compliance tools that mitigate risks and streamline regulatory adherence.
