Why would you work for us Working for us exposes you to a broad range of technologies and a variety of different projects. We are a medium sized company which allows for a 'family atmosphere', where everyone is not just a number. People are our assets and we pride ourselves in making everyone feel 'at home' by listening to their needs.
Our Technologies We primarily use Java and Javascript technologies and leveraging open-source frameworks and tools. We are also not strangers to PHP, a variety of popular Devops tools and databases. We often look to expand the technologies we use to deliver world class solutions.
Our Hiring Process Your first contact with our company would be with Tanya, where she will co-ordinate an interview with you. Thereafter you will meet with the Team Managers, their elected staff member and our Human Resources Officer Tanya. We have an in-depth interview with every potential candidate, which includes some whiteboard work and we do peer programming or relevant skills test where required. Once a person starts working with us, there is an extensive on-boarding program to make you feel at home.
