We’re building the next-generation Golf Club Management technology platform, and we’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of highly scalable systems that deliver measurable value to our customers. This is not just a coding role: we’re looking for engineers who think in systems, collaborate across disciplines, and influence technical strategy.

You’ll be joining a team of builders with clients across Central Europe, with expansion plans into various global markets.

What You’ll Do

Lead architectural evolution of our 18-microservice platform serving hundreds of golf clubs

Drive architectural decisions with fault tolerance, scalability, and observability as core principles.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, and DevOps to shape technical direction.

Champion operational excellence and hold a high engineering bar for the team.

Mentor and grow other engineers, helping them reach senior-level impact.

Influence technical strategy and contribute to hiring and team-building efforts.

Our Tech Stack

Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, RDS, etc.)

Core Languages, Tools, and Frameworks: Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud

Monitoring: Datadog

Practices: CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Cloud Native Microservices Architecture

What We’re Looking For

Deep experience with AWS and Cloud Native architectures.

Strong background in microservices and API development.

Experience with RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL

Experience with Docker

Demonstrated ability to lead complex systems work from architecture through to delivery.

Proven influence on team direction, technical quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Bonus: Experience with developing containerised applications running on ECS.
