Role description
We're seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for our development team. In this role, you'll engage directly with clients and stakeholders, eliciting and refining requirements while building strong relationships. You'll be involved throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle, from initial planning to final implementation. We're looking for someone who can think critically, challenge solutions, and ensure strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of solid Business Analysis experience, with a strong technical background including skills in BPMN 2.0, UML modeling, and data modeling. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have excellent communication skills.
