We’re recruiting a Web Developer / WordPress Developer who can take full ownership of building, improving, and scaling marketing-driven websites. You’ll work inside one of the country’s most forward-thinking digital agencies, surrounded by strategy, UX, media, content, and AI teams who expect the same level of skill and efficiency you hold yourself to.

This role is open to mid-level and senior developers who are sharp, detail-obsessed, and love shipping high-quality work that performs. Please note that the WordPress experience is a must-have skill and a dealbreaker.

What You’ll Own

  1. End-to-End Website Development (WordPress Focused)

You’ll build marketing, lead-gen, and e-commerce websites using:

WordPress (core, themes, child themes, advanced configuration)

Elementor + Divi (advanced builder logic, modular templates, global components)

Pixel-perfect execution from Figma designs delivered by our UX team

You’ll develop websites that are:

Fast

Conversion-optimised

User-friendly

Mobile-perfect

SEO ready

Technically clean

  1. Plugin, Add-On & Feature Implementation

You’ll configure, implement, and manage advanced marketing-stack functionality:

DoFinder (site search)

Yoast SEO

Gravity Forms

Caching, compression, performance plugins

Security plugins, anti-spam, backups, uptime monitoring

You must understand how plugins impact speed, UX, and SEO — and know how to configure them for best performance.

  1. CRM, Automation & Integration Work

Our clients run large-scale lead-gen operations, so you’ll frequently integrate:

Salesforce

Pipedrive

Zoho

OO

Custom CRMs when required

You’ll also work heavily with:

Zapier

Webhooks

Event-based triggers

API-driven form submissions

Lead routing

Custom field mapping

Error monitoring and data integrity checks

This is a core part of the role — our websites fuel client pipelines.

  1. Chatbot, WhatsApp & Messenger Implementations

You’ll either have experience or be trained to build:

WhatsApp chatbots

Messenger chatbots

Website chat widgets

AI-assisted chat experiences

  1. Technical SEO & Website Performance

You’ll ensure every site you touch is:

Fully optimised for SEO

Structured correctly

Technically sound

This includes:

Core Web Vitals

Speed optimisation

Image compression & format control

301/302 redirect mapping

Sitemap and indexing checks

Schema markup if required

URL hygiene

Uptime monitoring

Senior candidates should understand how technical SEO impacts rankings and paid media performance.

  1. Analytics, Tracking, and Measurement

You’ll implement, audit, and maintain digital tracking across:

GA4

Google Tag Manager

Google Search Console

Meta pixel events

Google Ads conversion tags

Custom events & enhanced measurement

You’ll also use Hotjar / Clarity to gather:

Heatmaps

Scroll depth

Rage clicks

Session recordings

And use that data to recommend smart UX improvements.

  1. QA, Publishing & Go-Live Management

You’ll handle the full production pipeline:

Cross-device QA

Functionality validation

SEO checks

Redirect mapping

Staging → live migration

Domain configuration

DNS management

Launch testing

Post-launch monitoring

Nothing goes live unless it’s 100% right.

What You Need to Bring

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years in building websites for consumer brands,

or

Experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing team

Strong WordPress build experience (minimum mid-level)

Proficiency in Elementor and/or Divi

Experience working with CRM integrations and marketing systems

Solid SEO & technical performance understanding

Experience publishing high-traffic pages and landing pages

Experience handling multiple clients and fast turnaround work

Technical Skills

WordPress (core + theme + plugin ecosystem mastery)

Elementor / Divi (must be strong)

HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript

Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console

Heatmap tools

CRM integration knowledge

Middleware: Zapier / Make / webhook logic

Website optimisation and performance tuning

QA processes and deployment methodology
