We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap and execution

of exchange and trading products for one of our flagship partners. This includes spot,

margin and derivatives, and requires someone who understands markets, liquidity

and system design at a deep level.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end direction of a suite of trading products. You will shape

strategy, work closely with engineering and market makers, and ensure that

everything we build is fast, scalable, compliant and genuinely useful. This role suits

someone who thinks in systems, understands market dynamics and can bridge

product, engineering and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership and Strategy

• Own the roadmap for core trading features including spot, margin and

derivatives

• Align product direction with business goals, regulatory requirements and

market opportunities

• Conduct competitive benchmarking across global exchanges to identify

strengths and gaps

Customer and Market Insight

• Lead customer discovery and user research to validate real problems and

opportunities

• Advocate for intuitive and frictionless trading and asset-management

experiences

• Track market trends, liquidity patterns, regulation and emerging blockchain

standards

Execution and Delivery

• Translate business needs into clear product specs and success metrics

• Prioritise features based on impact, risk and user value

• Work closely with engineering, design, operations and compliance to deliver

high-quality releases

• Support continuous and iterative delivery with multi-disciplinary teams

Liquidity and Market Maker Collaboration

• Partner with market makers to improve order book depth and liquidity health

• Understand spreads, slippage, volume patterns and exchange performance

indicators

• Monitor and optimise core KPIs such as trading volume, liquidity depth,

retention and conversion

Risk, Security and Compliance

• Ensure product alignment with regulatory frameworks including AML, KYC

and GDPR

• Work with compliance, legal and security teams to uphold trust and

transparency

• Maintain understanding of crypto-economic fundamentals and exchange

architecture

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Communicate product plans and progress to internal teams and strategic

partners

• Work closely with country teams across multiple jurisdictions

• Keep strong communication loops open between product, BD, engineering,

design and operations

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, trading,

crypto or financial markets

• Strong subject expertise in trading systems, market products or exchange

infrastructure

• Technical understanding of how exchange engines, matching processes and

orchestration systems work

• Experience building and launching complex, multi-team products

• A clear record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable

outcomes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• A bias towards ownership, clarity and delivery

• Energy and curiosity for digital assets, market infrastructure and real user

value

• Technical Interview: A conversation with one of our Product leads to walk through your

assessment, your technical background and how you approach product

delivery.
