Role description

Who we are

Linum Labs is a premium Web3 product and development partner specialising in

fintech, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure and institutional-grade systems. Our

teams operate across Africa, Europe and the Middle East, delivering

high-performance products for exchanges, stablecoin issuers, banks, market makers

and high-growth ventures.

We combine deep technical capability with real-world delivery: engineered systems,

audited smart contracts, a no-excuses approach, and a culture built on ownership.

Our work spans Solana, EVM, Hyperliquid L1, XRPL, Fireblocks orchestration,

tokenisation rails, market infrastructure and trading systems.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own blockchain integrations, digital

asset listings and the full lifecycle of crypto asset support across products we build

for our partners.

The Role

  • This role focuses on bringing new assets, networks and blockchain services

into the products Linum builds. You will manage the full process from

evaluation and due diligence to technical integration and ongoing lifecycle

management.

  • You will work across chains, custody systems, token standards, staking,

on-chain analytics and the broader digital asset ecosystem. You will

collaborate with engineering, compliance, security, design and BD teams to

deliver integrations that are safe, reliable and aligned to product strategy.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership and Direction

  • Build and maintain the roadmap for blockchain integrations and asset

support

  • Identify opportunities for new chain integrations and asset categories
  • Define evaluation criteria for asset listings, including technical, compliance

and risk considerations

  • Guide product strategy for token support, custody models and blockchain

infrastructure

Asset and Chain Lifecycle Management

  • Lead token listing processes from discovery to launch
  • Evaluate new cryptocurrencies, token models and blockchain networks
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance and risk teams to meet regulatory

requirements

  • Oversee staking support, tokenisation flows or wrapping mechanisms where

applicable

Collaboration and Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering to integrate nodes, wallets, smart contracts and

blockchain APIs

  • Translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear product

specifications

  • Partner with operations, design and BD to deliver smooth end-to-end features
  • Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams

Risk, Security and Compliance

  • Support frameworks for asset risk assessment and chain due diligence
  • Ensure regulatory alignment across AML, KYC, travel rule and data

requirements

  • Work closely with security teams to manage vulnerabilities and ensure safe

integrations

On-Chain Analytics and Market Insight

  • Use on-chain data to understand asset behaviour, fees, network performance

and ecosystem trends

  • Guide decisions that improve user experience, reliability and asset availability

External Ecosystem Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with chains, custodians and ecosystem partners
  • Represent Linum in technical discussions with external blockchain teams

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • At least three years of product management experience in crypto, fintech or

digital asset infrastructure

  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token standards, custody

models and chain architecture

  • Experience managing token listings, blockchain integrations or ecosystem

partnerships

  • Familiarity with wallets, nodes, smart contracts and staking models
  • Ability to work with engineering teams in an Agile, continuous delivery

environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate clearly
  • A mindset focused on ownership, clarity and high-quality execution
  • Curiosity and passion for blockchain innovation and digital asset ecosystems

Life at Linum

We operate globally, move fast and work collaboratively. Our culture values trust,

transparency, extreme ownership and high standards. You will join a team that

respects autonomy, communicates clearly and delivers consistently.

  • Access to internal and external learning resources
  • Regular team meetups and involvement in global Web3 events
  • A culture focused on delivery, not politics

Why you will love working with us

  • You will join a team that operates with intention, high standards and genuine

care. We work closely, communicate clearly and back each other to deliver

exceptional work.

  • You will contribute to projects at the forefront of digital assets, fintech and

emerging technology, where your decisions have real impact and your

thinking actually matters.

  • You will be part of a culture that values both ambition and sustainability. We

work hard, we take pride in the quality of what we build and we also respect

the need to pause, recharge and come back sharper.

Our hiring process

We keep our process simple and transparent, focused on understanding how you

think, how you work and how you show up in a team that values ownership and

clarity.

  • Culture Interview: A casual conversation to understand how you collaborate, communicate and

operate in a team that values trust and accountability.

  • Practical Assessment: A short take-home exercise based on a real Linum scenario. This helps us

understand your product thinking, problem solving, prioritisation and

communication style. Designed to be clear, fair and respectful of your time.

  • Technical Interview: A conversation with one of our Product leads to walk through your

assessment, your technical background and how you approach product

delivery.
