Role description
We're seeking a dynamic Test Team Lead to spearhead our QA strategy and build our automation capability. You'll lead end-to-end quality assurance, collaborating closely with Dev, DevOps, and Business teams in our fast-paced Agile environment. Your expertise in automation testing will be crucial as you design and maintain robust frameworks for UI and API testing. As a leader, you'll mentor our QA engineers, drive continuous improvement, and participate actively in Agile ceremonies. We're looking for someone with strong technical competency, hands-on automation experience, and a proven track record in managing QA teams. You'll be working with cutting-edge tools and technologies, including Selenium, Playwright, Git-based tools, and CI/CD platforms. Join our team to make a significant impact on our product quality.
