Role description
We're a fast-growing fintech start-up seeking a Software Team Leader to drive our engineering excellence. You'll lead our full-stack development team, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across our product ecosystem. As a hands-on senior engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Node.js, React, Angular, and Flutter to build secure, high-performance financial platforms and mobile applications. In this role, you'll oversee multiple projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor our development team. You'll be responsible for technical design decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in managing our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated testing, and maintaining our Azure cloud environment. Additionally, you'll work on creating financial and operational dashboards using Power BI, collaborating with stakeholders to define KPIs and data models. You'll have strong technical ownership and be involved in building innovative fintech products for a rapidly expanding market.
