Role description
We're seeking a Senior QA / QA Lead to own quality across our e-hailing platform, which includes React Native frontend, Node.js backend, native location modules, and realtime services. You'll design the QA strategy, implement automation and contract tests, and work closely with developers, SRE, and product teams to deliver a robust production system. In this hands-on role, you'll define and own the global QA strategy, build and lead the QA practice, and implement various testing methodologies. You'll be responsible for device lab soak tests, performance testing, contract testing, security testing, and building test tooling. You'll also integrate tests into CI/CD, triage defects, and produce test reports and release readiness checklists. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of QA experience, including mobile app testing, and strong skills in E2E automation, API testing, and performance testing. You should be familiar with CI/CD for mobile, mobile security concerns, and have excellent collaboration and troubleshooting skills. Experience with mobility/ride-hailing systems, socket testing, and observability tools is a plus. Join our team and help us deliver a rock-solid e-hailing platform!
