Role description

Join tinMan Digital as a Full Stack or as an aspirational Technical Lead and spearhead our innovative digital team. You'll take ownership of technical direction, architecture, and project execution across multiple clients and industries. Joining a talented development team, you'll drive excellence in Next.js, React, Laravel, Blockchain and Flutter applications while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

As a senior full stack, you'll guide developers in best practices, manage project lifecycles, and shape our technology stack. You'll collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your role involves being involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning to support, while championing CI/CD, cloud hosting, and security best practices.

We're looking for an experienced professional with 7-10 years in development and 2+ years in a leadership role. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, including blockchain and AI, to future-proof our digital offerings.
