Role description
Join BET Software as a Senior Software Developer and lead the creation of cutting-edge software solutions. You'll spearhead the design, coding, and testing of applications while providing technical leadership to our development team. In this role, you'll contribute to design and planning meetings, implement robust and user-friendly solutions, and ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and maintainable. You'll also play a crucial role in mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
We're looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of development experience, strong knowledge of design principles and SDLC, and excellent communication skills.
