We're seeking an experienced ADM Manager to lead our IT Department's application development and maintenance efforts. You'll report directly to the Head of IT Delivery and oversee a team of Technical Lead Developers, Senior System Developers, and DevOps Engineers. In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for aligning our application development strategy with our enterprise architecture and organizational objectives.

As our ADM Manager, you'll drive the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and support. You'll implement best practices, streamline workflows, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define and execute our technical roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of software development experience, with 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
