As our ideal candidate, you'll bring 3+ years of blockchain security experience and 1+ years of hands-on smart contract auditing. Your expertise in Sway, deep understanding of blockchain protocols, and keen eye for detail will be crucial. We're looking for a motivated, disciplined communicator who can manage tasks seamlessly in a remote environment and explain complex vulnerabilities clearly.

Our Hiring Process

Initial interview (basic questions and getting to know you)
Technical assessment sent through after call.
Follow up call a week later with core developer to review assessment and take a deeper dive into tech questions.
If all of the above goes smoothly there will be a final call/offer with the MD to finalize last details.
