Role description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our technical operations, working closely with our SRE and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve our products.

You'll be responsible for triaging and resolving support requests, managing incidents, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. We're looking for someone who's comfortable with technology, has experience in application support, and can work with web technologies, databases, and various tools like Datadog and the Atlassian suite.
