Role description

Join our dynamic team at Potentiam to help our client Artlogic, a leading SaaS company revolutionising the art industry. As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our Product Support team, working closely with SRE and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve our products.

You'll triage and solve challenging support requests, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to process improvements. Your expertise in web technologies, databases, and debugging will be essential as you review fixes, create documentation, and liaise with stakeholders to drive product enhancements.
