Role description

Join Pay@, a leading payment aggregator, as an Online Integration Specialist in Stellenbosch. We're seeking a dynamic, proactive individual with an analytical approach to problem-solving. You'll play a crucial role in our IT functions, focusing on integrations and technical support that directly impact client relationships.

In this role, you'll support and monitor biller integrations, generate reports using SQL, and monitor transaction irregularities. You'll consult with clients, guiding them through integration requirements and providing post-integration technical support. Your expertise in understanding technical documentation and solution design will be key in ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.

We're looking for someone with a relevant tertiary IT qualification and about 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SQL, IT systems monitoring, and MS Office suite is essential.
