AI & RPA Specialist — Full-Time (On-Site, Sandton, Johannesburg)

We’re looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation Specialist to join our growing team in Sandton, Johannesburg. This is an exciting full-time, on-site role where you’ll design and manage cutting-edge automation solutions — from AI chatbots and voice agents to orchestration and complex integrations — helping us deliver world-class technology to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Build Automations: Develop, deploy, and maintain bots using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms.

AI & Voice Solutions: Integrate chatbots, voice AI (Twilio, Vonage, Azure Cognitive Services) and NLP into customer journeys.

Manage Orchestration: Oversee Azure Orchestrator or UiPath Orchestrator for bot lifecycle, scaling, and monitoring.

Systems Integration: Build secure APIs, webhooks, and cloud workflows to connect bots with apps and data sources.

ROI & Process Improvement: Analyse business processes, measure automation impact, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Voice & Call Centre Automation: Support contact centre automation for inbound/outbound calls and digital messaging.

Minimum Requirements

Coding in GitHub or node.js

Proven hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere).

AI integration expertise — chatbots, machine learning models, or voice AI solutions.

Cloud knowledge — especially Azure (AWS or GCP is a bonus).

API development & system integration skills.

Strong problem-solving & solution design capabilities.

Nice to Have

Experience in finance, insurance, or general business

Python / JavaScript scripting for automation workflows.

Dashboards & reporting tools for ROI tracking.

Soft Skills

Analytical, innovative, and detail-oriented.

Clear communicator — can explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-driven with the ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Salary: R55,000 – R100,000 per month (based on experience & expertise)
