Role description
We're seeking a visionary technology leader to join our team as CTO. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy, leading both internal and client-facing projects, including our flagship Velocity CMS. We're looking for someone who's as comfortable in the codebase as they are in the boardroom, capable of architecting solutions, leading technical teams, and providing strategic advice to clients.
In this role, you'll define our technical vision, build and mentor a world-class development team, and work directly with clients to scope and deliver scalable technology solutions. You'll oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that aligns with our strategic vision. We're particularly interested in your expertise in CRM ecosystems, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and modern frameworks, with AI/automation and cloud-native architecture experience being a strong plus.
