As a Data Engineer, you’ll work at the intersection of data architecture, integration, and performance. You’ll help create scalable systems that enable analytics, machine learning, and intelligent decision-making across Synapse. Whether designing modern data platforms or optimising existing workflows, you’ll be part of the team transforming how we manage and deliver data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.

• Develop and optimise data models, ensuring consistency, integrity, and scalability.

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to provide clean, structured, and accessible data.

• Implement data management and governance practices that ensure quality, security, and compliance.

• Support modern data architecture initiatives and contribute to platform design and automation.

• Troubleshoot and solve complex data engineering challenges with creativity and precision.

• Continuously improve processes, tools, and standards to enhance data infrastructure performance.

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
