Role description

We're seeking a technically capable Senior Delphi Developer to join our Retail Directions Development Team. You'll collaborate with various departments to implement advanced software solutions and front-end enhancements for our Business Intelligence products. Your role will involve writing software requirements specifications, applying software design principles, and leveraging your extensive knowledge of Delphi and NexusDB.

As an ideal candidate, you'll bring at least 5 years of experience, fluency in object-oriented Pascal, and preferably background in retail industry software development. We value your ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Minimum 5 years in Delphi (VCL and third-party libraries).
  • Strong RDBMS and SQL capabilities.
  • Expertise in developing and integrating RESTful web services.
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and multi-threaded application development.
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., FinalBuilder).
