Role description
We're seeking a senior-level technical leader to shape our IT strategy and guide the development of secure, scalable, and high-impact technology solutions. As our Master Specialist, you'll provide strategic technical direction, act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, and play a key role in building technical capability and engineering excellence across our organization.

You'll be our go-to expert across multiple IT domains, including cloud, software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data. We're looking for someone who can evaluate emerging technologies like AI and cloud-native solutions, and demonstrate their business value through prototyping.
You'll foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects while leading knowledge-sharing initiatives. Your expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and modern programming languages will be crucial as you set technical standards and guide our teams in best practices.
