Synatic is a hybrid office-remote working culture based on output not time at your desk.
Role Summary
You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients after a contract has been signed. You will provide high-quality service by supporting clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience. This role involves coordinating and resolving any issues clients encounter, managing workflows, building internal tools and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. You will be required to work flexible and adjustable hours to cater for client time zones (10:00 - 19:00). This is a remote first role.

Essential experience and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or Sciences (BSc, BIS, BEng or BCom) is preferable.
- Experience working with javascript/typescript essential.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Experience working with API integrations.
- Experience working with MongoDB (beneficial).
- Experience working with front-end frameworks (svelte would be beneficial but not required)
- Knowledge of how Rest and Soap works.
What else do we need from you?
- Able to work adjusted hours to cater for international clients (10am - 19:00pm).
- Be able to work independently, but collaborate constantly.
- Not be afraid of failure, as success comes from trying and pushing boundaries.
- Solution oriented and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curious, creative, and fun to work with.

Our Hiring Process
Unfortunately, one size doesn’t fit all, so we need to determine if you’re the right fit for our team and if we’re the right fit for your ambitions:
- 2 (two) rounds of interview sessions conducted via Microsoft Teams (general and technical)
- Followed by a virtual or in-person Final interview with Martin Naude (CEO)
- Opportunity to interview the team
- Skill tests or assessments that need to be completed
- Extension of a Job offer to successful candidates
