Role description
We're seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect / Tech Lead to join our innovative team, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. In this remote, full-time role, you'll lead a team in designing and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that translate complex business problems into scalable architectures on cloud and open-source platforms.
As our AI Solutions Architect, you'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, producing reference architectures, selecting optimal models, and defining data and control planes. You'll establish best practices for prompt engineering, implement cost controls, and codify crucial guardrails. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping client engagements, building partner-ready demos, and mapping use cases to the right technology stack.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in ML/AI solutions. You'll need strong technical skills in designing secure, scalable AI applications on platforms like GCP, Azure, and open-source tools. Your leadership will drive our technical roadmap, ensure code quality, and guide a small build squad to deliver AI applications on time and within budget.
