Role description
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead our entire technology function and drive the development of our PropTech platform at RE-TEC Solutions. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end technical strategy and execution, from high-level architectural decisions to day-to-day delivery oversight. As CTO, you'll ensure our technology choices and engineering efforts align with company goals, build the technical team, and scale our platform.
In this role, you'll define and implement the overall technology strategy, oversee software development, make key architectural decisions, and ensure platform security and scalability. You'll build and lead the engineering team, establish development processes, and collaborate closely with company leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives. We're looking for someone with 8+ years of software development experience, proven leadership in scaling tech teams and platforms, and strong expertise in backend development and AWS infrastructure.
