Role description
We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Centurion. You'll play a crucial role in implementing and supporting business information systems across multiple departments. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business needs into detailed requirements, functional specifications, and innovative solutions that deliver real business value.
In this role, you'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, drive the process of identifying business requirements for complex projects, and use various techniques to elicit and document accurate requirements. You'll evaluate proposed solutions against business objectives, research best practices, and provide valuable input into system testing activities. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you review processes, identify improvement areas, and propose innovative solutions.
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, managing or influencing technical staff and projects. You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or CBAP would be advantageous.
