Role description
Join Capitec Bank's Platform Engineering team as a Senior Data Engineer and shape the future of data flow across the organization. You'll design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines within our AWS environment, playing a key role in how data is ingested, transformed, and delivered to power insights and decision-making across the business.
As part of the Data team within Client Engagement Delivery, you'll work alongside the Systems & Platform team to support intelligent, scalable client engagement strategies. Your work will have a real, measurable impact, from building the data infrastructure behind millions of client interactions to empowering seamless, client-first journeys.
We're looking for someone with 6+ years in data engineering, strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS, and the ability to design and manage data pipelines.
