Role description
Join our team as a Business Integration Specialist and become the vital link between our data product teams and business stakeholders. In this role, you'll ensure that insights, models, and tools are not only understood but effectively integrated into day-to-day commercial decision-making. You'll work closely with product owners, data scientists, and commercial teams to shape, socialize, and embed scalable strategies that drive measurable value.
Your responsibilities will include translating product and data capabilities into actionable business interventions, co-defining use cases with product owners, leading business readiness for data-driven tools, and driving adoption through compelling narratives. You'll also track adoption, gather feedback, and support training for new features. We're looking for someone with a strong background in business consulting or transformation, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
We offer a dynamic work environment with a hybrid in-person and work-from-home model. You'll be part of a cross-functional team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Decision Intelligence. If you have a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a passion for bridging the gap between data and business, we want to hear from you!
