Role description
Join One Eleven (formerly Nelson Development) as a Lead Developer / Senior Software Engineer and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. You'll lead a high-performing development team, making key technical decisions and ensuring excellence in our software solutions. As part of our small, dynamic team, your voice will be heard, your ideas will matter, and your work will directly shape our products, processes, and culture.
In this role, you'll lead full-stack development, design scalable systems, and implement best practices. You'll manage multiple projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate directly with clients. We're looking for someone with strong full-stack experience, proficiency in modern development tools, and a passion for leadership. You'll need to be comfortable working autonomously, have excellent communication skills, and be able to balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
