Role description
We're seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 (D365) Solutions Architect to lead our Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You'll be the driving force behind designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge CRM projects that align with our strategic business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in creating architectural frameworks, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless solution delivery.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and Integration Development Teams. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating their needs into scalable D365 CE solutions. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end technical solution design, business process optimization, and acting as a subject matter expert on D365 CE capabilities.
We're looking for a candidate with 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, strong skills in Power Platform, and expertise in Azure DevOps and Agile frameworks. You'll have the opportunity to mentor developers, lead DevOps implementations, and drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
