Role description
We're seeking a Senior C# Developer to join our innovative team at FirstRand Bank. You'll be responsible for developing cutting-edge, bespoke application and software integration solutions that meet our business requirements. As a key member of our development team, you'll collaborate with Business Development Managers and Delivery Heads to recommend new technologies and contribute to our technical roadmap.
In this role, you'll design and build solutions, write clean and efficient code, and ensure all development meets our governance and legislative requirements. You'll also engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs, participate in testing, and provide implementation support. We offer the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the Global Markets and Investment Banking sectors, utilizing your expertise in SQL Server, C# , .NET Core, and React/TypeScript/JavaScript.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in SQL Server, C# , and web technologies.
