Role description
We're seeking a dynamic Head of Product to drive our B2B2C product ecosystem strategy. You'll lead the charge in unifying our teams around a customer-centric vision, boosting adoption, retention, and revenue across our digital platforms. As a key player in our lean team, you'll be deeply involved in every aspect of product development, from user validation to feature shipping.
In this role, you'll own the product roadmap, translate business goals into clear initiatives, and ruthlessly prioritize to balance impact and effort. You'll manage the product backlog, write specs, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Your expertise in UX/UI will be crucial as you work to enhance customer experience across all our digital interfaces, from mobile apps to management dashboards.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with 7-10+ years of product experience, preferably in B2B and B2C tech companies. You should have a strong technical background, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. If you're an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for creating world-class product experiences, we want you on our team!
