Role description
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support 3-4 Scrum teams in our organization. You'll be a key player in driving continuous improvement in Agile delivery and team collaboration. As a servant-leader and coach, you'll foster a high-performance environment, remove impediments, and ensure alignment to Agile principles and best practices.
In this role, you'll facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, organize product planning workshops, and support the Product Owner in backlog management. You'll guide teams toward self-organization, promote Agile values, and build high-performing teams by focusing on cohesion, morale, and performance metrics. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework, will be crucial in mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement.
We're seeking candidates with a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and Agile certifications such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master. You should have 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably managing multiple Agile teams. Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills are essential, as is experience with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
