Role description

We're seeking a proactive and versatile Full Stack & Salesforce Developer to join our team as our first technical hire. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our platform's foundation, from customizing Salesforce to building integrations and solving tech challenges. With 6+ years of experience, you'll be central to making our systems work smarter as we grow.

In this role, you'll drive digital transformation in specialist lending, build and scale robust full-stack applications, and lead Salesforce customization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. As a key voice in shaping our tech direction, you'll contribute to tech strategy and architecture, with potential for future CTO progression.
