Role description
We're seeking a Tech Lead to join our new digital product delivery function in Cape Town. You'll lead a team of engineers AND be the Tech Leader of Red Badger South Africa, as part of a cross-functional delivery team, working on high-quality digital products for our clients. Your role will involve coding, pairing with engineers, reviewing code, and making key technical decisions.
As a Tech Lead, you'll split your time between hands-on development and leadership responsibilities. You'll consult with clients' technical stakeholders, shape project direction, and advocate for agile and lean software development practices. We're looking for someone with experience in web technologies, databases, system architecture, and DevOps practices.
