Role description
We're seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Forex Product House - Forex IT department. You'll play a pivotal role in converting large-scale business initiatives into world-class IT solutions, focusing on complex projects that may span multiple teams or business units. As a domain expert in Systems Analysis, you'll lead analysis efforts at a programme/project level, researching problems, planning solutions, and coordinating development to meet business needs.
In this role, you'll interact with system architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and designing new functionalities, leading design sessions, identifying risks, and creating various UML diagrams. We're looking for someone with solid experience in cross-border payments, ISO20022 standards, and financial surveillance. You'll also mentor junior analysts and contribute to upskilling efforts within the team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant systems analysis experience, 4-5 years in the Payments and Forex industry, and a degree or diploma (CBAP Certification is a plus). You'll thrive in an agile environment, meet deadlines consistently, and ensure all work meets high standards and customer expectations.
